Curriculum Design at Outthinker

Shannon Wallis leads curriculum design efforts, certification training, and plays a central role in new content development for Outthinker. She brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership program design, executive coaching, transformational change, and strategic planning. Shannon is the former global director of high-potential leadership development at Microsoft. In her role, she was the chief architect of an award-winning leadership program and responsible for the development of top-tier talent. She worked with multiple Fortune 100 businesses as diverse as Coca-Cola, Price Waterhouse, EMC, VMware, Federal Express, and Grameen Foundation. Widely sought in her field, Shannon has contributed to multiple books on leadership development and talent management. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in health services management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in human development and social policy from Northwestern University. She is certified in a variety of psychometric instruments including both the World Institute for Action Learning and Authenticity Consulting coaching methodologies.
