Justinn Steffe

Justinn Steffe has extensive experience in leadership training and development, currently serving as the Outward Bound Professional Program Manager, Senior Facilitator, Course Manager, and River Specialist at North Carolina Outward Bound School since May 2006. Justinn specializes in designing and delivering 4 to 5-day leadership development programs for business professionals in wilderness settings, focusing on leadership skills and team-building initiatives. Prior experience includes a role in Finance and Administrative Services at the National Collegiate Athletics Association from May 2003 to May 2004. Justinn holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 2004 and 2006, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College, earned from 1999 to 2003.
