Evanka Herbers has a diverse background of work experience. Evanka began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's Department Stores in 2000, where they worked until 2004. Following that, they worked as an Associate Store Manager at Banana Republic from 2004 to 2005, and then as a Co Store Manager at EXPRESS from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Sports Authority as a Business Analyst for Asics, a role they held until 2011 when they became the Manager of Import Integration - Product Safety & Compliance. Evanka served in this role until 2016. Most recently, they have been with Outward Hound, starting in 2016 as the Manager of Product Integrity and later transitioning to the role of Director of Product Integrity in March 2018.
Evanka Herbers completed their education at various institutions. In 1996 to 1999, they attended TAFE NSW, where they obtained a Diploma in Management with a focus on Business Management. Later, they pursued further education at the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University. In 2014, they completed a program in Product Safety Management, and in 2016, they completed a course in Advanced Product Safety Management, both at the John Cook School of Business.
