Natasha Botha currently serves as the Head of Training and Development at Outworx Contact Centre since January 2021. With extensive experience in education and management, Natasha has held the position of Managing Director at 100 Degrees Online Marketing since January 2013 while also contributing as a Content Manager and Social Media Strategist. Prior teaching roles were undertaken at Brescia House School, Our Lady of Fatima High School, and Danville Park Girls High from 2002 to 2012. Natasha holds a BA in English and Psychology, a PGCE in English Language and Literature, and has completed a degree in Training and Development Management through GetSmarter.
