Kelsey Turley

Kelsey Turley is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Data Coordinator at the Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative, a role held since March 2020, following experience as a Program Operations Manager within the same organization. Kelsey holds a Political Science degree from the University of Louisville (2012-2015) and has also pursued studies at Morehead State University. Additionally, Kelsey has obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Leadership and Advocacy from the University of Dayton.
