Vadim Hatsura

Vadim Hatsura has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and software development fields. Their work experience began in 2015 when they worked as a Junior Software Engineer for EPAM Systems. Vadim then worked as a Programmist for БЕЛАТРА from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Vadim worked for Adform, where they held the roles of Domain Architect and Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead). Currently, Vadim is the VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, and Architect | Tech Lead at Viio.io.

Vadim Hatsura obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 2017 and 2020. Vadim also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2012 and 2017. In addition, Vadim has obtained certifications including a B2 First with a score of 173 from Cambridge Assessment English in October 2020, a General English course at Pre-Intermediate level (A2) from Streamline Language School in June 2015, and a МТРИЗ (Инжиринг) from the Academy of Instrumental Modern TRIZ in May 2015.
