Stephanie Underwood, M.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration and operations. Currently, Stephanie serves as the Co-Owner and Operations & Sales Coordinator at Over and Underwood Home Inspection since November 2019. Previously, Stephanie held various leadership roles at CU*Answers, including Vice President of Administration, where a successful transition of leadership was facilitated, and roles such as Executive Administrative Assistant and Manager of Administration, demonstrating strong organizational skills and initiative. Additionally, from July 2017 to July 2025, Stephanie provided administrative support as Board Administrator for Site-Four, focusing on Board management and communications. Stephanie began her professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at Forest Hills Public Schools. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Development Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Grand Valley State University.
