Sophie Howse

Sophie Howse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sophie started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Personal Assistant to the Director from August 2011 to March 2013. Sophie then joined GoldenSource as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and also handled office management responsibilities from March 2013 to March 2014.

In 2014, Sophie joined Advanced as a Customer Service Project Manager. Sophie successfully managed both internal and external stakeholders for high-profile projects, ensuring that budgets and timeframes were effectively managed. Additionally, they oversaw the implementation of new software releases and the upgrade of the business IT service management system. Sophie also led various business improvement initiatives during their time at Advanced.

Sophie's next role was at Over-C, where they served as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager from June 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they managed day-to-day schedules, arranged meetings, and made travel arrangements. Sophie also deputized for the CEO, produced daily correspondence, and attended meetings, ensuring the CEO was well-prepared.

From September 2018 to the present time, Sophie has been working at Over-C as an Operations/Project/CRM Manager. Sophie is responsible for project managing customer onboarding, managing projects and deployments in multiple geographies, and creating onboarding processes. Sophie also maintains critical business systems such as CRM and service desk management systems, as well as manages sales operations.
