Adrial Kirchen, MBA

Adrial Kirchen, MBA, has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Starting with Rutgers Formula SAE from 2003 to 2006, Adrial led the design and manufacturing of innovative suspension and chassis systems for racecars and achieved successful placements in national competitions. At Sikorsky Aircraft from 2006 to 2015, Adrial served as an Associate Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, and Engineering Lead/Senior Engineer. Notably, Adrial led a team in the development of blade fold and flight critical retention systems, which resulted in improved performance, weight, reliability, and maintenance cost.
