Nick Kyriacou

Nick Kyriacou is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as Contracts Manager at Overbury since September 2024. Previously, from July 2016 to August 2024, Nick held the positions of Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Collins Construction Ltd, contributing to significant projects such as a £15.0 million CAT B fit-out at Gatwick and various other high-value fit-out projects in London. Earlier experience includes roles at ISG plc, United House, and Walter Lilly Co Ltd, where Nick was involved in numerous refurbishment and fit-out projects, showcasing a strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University.
