Aybars Gungor has a diverse work experience in various industries. Aybars started their career in 2015 as a Health Fitness Specialist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Recreation Center. Aybars then worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Northeastern University and the University of Maine Strength and Conditioning. In 2016, Aybars became a Clinical Trial Assistant at Skulpt Health and later started their own photography business called Aybars Gungor Photography. As the owner, they gained a significant following on Instagram and maintained an active online presence. Aybars also worked as a Student Research Assistant at the UMaine Advanced Structures and Composites Center.

Aybars gained marketing and social media experience as a Social Media Manager at The Maine Campus, where they managed the publication's transition to a digital platform. Aybars later joined Overdrive Interactive as an Intern and then progressed to roles such as Social Media Specialist and Content Strategist. In these roles, they managed organic social media strategies, wrote content for national food brands, and achieved measurable results such as improved rankings and increased organic page views.

In 2018, Aybars had another internship at Shreve, Crump & Low, where they gained experience in photography and marketing. Most recently, they worked again at Overdrive Interactive as a Content Strategist. Aybars has showcased their skills in content development, social media management, and strategic marketing throughout their professional journey.

Aybars Gungor completed their high school education at Amherst Regional High School from 2009 to 2013. Aybars then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maine, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
