Milena Alberti-Perez

Milena Alberti-Perez is a Brazilian-American business executive and the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Getty Images. Milena has also served as the CFO of OverDrive, MediaMath, and RB Media. In addition to their role as a CFO, they have also served as a board member of Companhia das Letras, a leading publisher in Brazil while Penguin Random House owned a 45% stake.

Alberti-Perez began their career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Brazil. Milena then moved to the United States and worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York City. In 2000, they joined Bertelsmann AG as the Director of Financial Reporting for Random House, Inc. Milena was promoted to Vice President and Treasurer in 2004 and was responsible for the company's capital structure, risk management, and banking relationships. In 2006, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Random House Publishing Group, where they oversaw the financial operations of the trade book publishing division of Random House, Inc.

In 2014, Alberti-Perez was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Penguin Random House, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for the financial operations of the company, which span over 10 countries and 4 languages. Milena also served on the board of Companhia das Letras (45% ownership stake), leading Brazilian publisher. During

Milena Alberti-Perez has a MBA from Harvard Business School with distinction (top 15% of class). Milena also has a BA in Economics from University of Pennsylvania with minors in Math and Latin American Studies. Milena has completed the Women on Boards program from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
