Overflow

Overflow helps changemakers create stories and experiences to get ideas adopted.   The problem with innovation today isn’t discovery — it’s adoption. Overflow accelerates the adoption of ideas through strategic story, experience design and creative production. No matter what capabilities are deployed, story is always at the center to help ideas be understood, adopted and shared.   What Is Idea Adoption? Idea adoption is the practice of sharing intentional stories among members of a group over time so that more advantageous ideas are accepted and desired behavior changes follow.   How Does It Work? At Overflow, we keep story at the center during every stage of our process. We use strategic story, experience design and creative production to magnify human connection and engage early adopters to spread ideas. Overflow understands the shape of story, the process of behavior change and storytelling across a variety of mediums to get ideas adopted.   Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) 2024 KC Chamber Top 10 Small Business of the Year 2024 KC Chamber Fan Favorite 2024 KC Chamber Small Business Superstar
