Ram R. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ram most recently worked at OverIT - Field Service Management, starting in 2020 as the Vice President of Solution Engineering Americas. In this role, they led a team dedicated to providing innovative solutions for customers and developed a forward-thinking strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals. Ram collaborated with various departments to ensure client needs were met and played a key role in driving product roadmap reviews and Go-To-Market initiatives. Prior to their role at OverIT, Ram worked at Salesforce as a Principal Solutions Engineer from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they had several roles at ClickSoftware, including Principal Solutions Consultant, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Solutions Consultant, where they provided services to sales teams worldwide and developed pre-sales tools and demos. Ram's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Support at CTERA Networks from 2010 to 2011.

Ram R. studied at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science in 2012. In addition to their degree, Ram has obtained various certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), as well as certifications from Pragmatic Institute in Build, Focus, Foundations, and Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, all obtained in 2018.
