Joshua Herring Racr

Joshua Herring has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Joshua began their career in 2004 as a Commercial Investment Consultant at Windermere Real Estate. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Account Training Manager at Sobel & Associates. Starting in 2009, Joshua held the position of Staffing Manager at Supplemental Health Care, where they successfully launched a new Portland office and managed a team of up to 19 contract allied therapists. In 2011, they transitioned to Life Care Centers of America as the Division Director of Recruitment, overseeing talent acquisition strategies and systems for the Northwest Division. Most recently, Joshua worked at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, where they held the roles of Manager of Recruitment & HRIS and HRIS Manager - ERP Implementation Lead - Workday HCM & UKG Dimensions Timekeeping.

Joshua Herring obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from City University of Seattle, which they completed between 2001 and 2003.
