Amy Loveras has been working in the Human Resources field since 2002. Amy began their career at Starbucks, where they worked as a Regional Management Training / Assistant Manager from 2002 to 2007. Amy then moved to Bayview Consulting, where they worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager from 2007 to 2010. After that, they joined The New Jewish Home as a Senior HR Specialist from 2010 to 2013. Amy then began their role as an HR Generalist at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering in 2013. Most recently, they have been working as an HR Administrator I Recruitment Manager at Overpass since 2017.

Amy Loveras received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Long Island University between 2002 and 2006.
