Elaine Coutsouridis, NBC-HWC

Elaine Coutsouridis has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to marketing, program development, and account management. Elaine started their career at Medical Economics Co., where they served as a Senior Account Manager, selling advertising and medical education programs to pharmaceutical companies. Their major clients included Pfizer, Bayer, and BMS. Elaine then joined Dowden Health Media as an Executive Account Manager, where they remained for over a decade.

In 2010, Elaine moved to Frontline Medical Communications, where they held the positions of Executive Account Manager for The Journal of Family Practice and Publisher for Chronic Pain Perspectives. As a publisher, they created and managed a peer-reviewed and indexed brand, overseeing all content and sales activities. Elaine also worked closely with the editorial board and pain associations.

After their time at Frontline Medical Communications, Elaine joined Take Courage Coaching in 2013, initially as a Certified Chronic Pain Coach. Later that year, they took on the role of Director of Marketing and Program Development before moving on to Wainscot Health Communications. At Wainscot, Elaine served as the National Director of Business Development, providing strategic marketing support to large group practices and health systems using various media platforms. Elaine also developed content marketing programs to build brand awareness and increase revenue through patient appointments and community donations.

Elaine Coutsouridis, NBC-HWC, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European History and German from Connecticut College, which they obtained from 1972 to 1976. Additionally, from 1974 to 1975, they studied German Language and Literature at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau. Elaine also possesses certifications in the Master Neuro Linguistic Program from the NLP Center NY and the National Board Certification - Health and Wellness Coach from the National Board of Medical Examiners.
