David B. serves as the Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, a position held since April 2023, within the Office of Foreign Policy. David B. holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and International Studies from Iowa State University, complemented by study abroad at the University of Valencia.
