Tracey Webb

VP, Structured Finance & Insurance at DFC

Tracey Webb serves as Vice President of Structured Finance and Insurance (SFI) at U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). Ms. Webb oversees the SFI Department, which is focused on providing both financing and insurance solutions for long-term investments that strengthen DFC contributions to international development, in sectors such as power, infrastructure, and inclusive financial services.

Ms. Webb brings nearly three decades of private and public sector finance experience to the position, including over 20 years of experience at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) before its transformation to DFC, most recently as Vice President of Structured Finance and Insurance and earlier as Managing Director of Structured Finance. Prior to OPIC, she worked to support domestic and global transactions at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell, Union Bank of California, and Bank of Austria.

Ms. Webb earned her M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. from Indiana University.
