Najee Jones

Najee Jones is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in client services and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Client Services Representative at Oversight since August 2018, Najee has previously held roles such as IT Manager and Salesforce Administrator at HealPros, and IT Support Administrator at Jack's Family Restaurants, Inc. With experience in managing both POS and non-POS systems, Najee has also worked at GreenSky® in Merchant Management and served in various helpdesk roles at SAIC and INDUS Corporation. Najee's foundational experience began in the United States Air Force as an HVAC Engineer, complemented by an education from Auburn University at Montgomery.
