Simona Sikimic-French

Simona Sikimic-French is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in media and external relations. Currently serving as the Communications and Engagement Manager for Meta's Oversight Board, Simona has held various leadership roles including Acting Head of Engagement and Communications and Engagement Officer at the same organization. Previously, Simona has worked as Head of Media and External Relations at Islamic Relief Worldwide, Global Media Manager at Save the Children International, News Editor at Middle East Eye, and Freelance Analyst at The Economist Intelligence Unit. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Political Journalism from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in International and European Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
