Karen Killingsworth is an experienced sales operations professional with a strong background in sales force effectiveness and training development. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Oversight since December 2020, Karen previously held key roles at nThrive, including Director and Manager of Sales Force Effectiveness, where leadership of a Commercial Excellence team and driving process improvements were primary responsibilities.
