Daniel Miedzinski

Daniel Miedzinski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Currently, they are employed at Overstory as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Urbint as a Senior Customer Success Manager from November 2021 to May 2023.

Before Urbint, they were employed at Thycotic as a Senior Engagement Manager from March 2021 to November 2021. Preceding Thycotic, they worked at Onica as an Engagement Manager from January 2020 to March 2021.

In 2016, Daniel joined Opower where they held multiple roles. Daniel first served as an Associate, Client Success from March 2016 to September 2017, and later advanced to Manager, Client Success from September 2017 to January 2020.

Prior to Opower, they worked at PNC in various positions. Daniel first held the position of Business Systems Analyst from June 2011 to April 2013, and then worked as a Technical Project Manager from April 2013 to February 2016.

Daniel's earlier work experience includes a role at FOTO Thon as a Media and Technologies Officer from August 2010 to August 2011. At FOTO, their responsibilities included designing and maintaining their website, managing contact lists and databases, and creating graphic designs for merchandise.

Daniel also worked at Penn State University in two different roles. Daniel served as an ITS Lab Consultant from May 2010 to June 2011, where they assisted clients with computer and network issues, maintained lab equipment, and resolved software and hardware problems. Additionally, they worked as a Terrorism Research Consultant from May 2010 to December 2010, conducting research and analysis on terrorist networks and creating mock scenarios for intelligence gathering exercises.

Daniel Miedzinski completed their education in a chronological order. Daniel obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Robert Morris University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Security and Risk Analysis. Daniel's high school education was completed at St. Mary's Ryken from 2002 to 2006, although the field of study is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Daniel completed the Product Management program at General Assembly in July 2019. In March 2017, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Daniel also achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2015. Daniel further expanded their knowledge by becoming an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020. Daniel also completed the JavaScript Circuit and HTML, CSS, and Web Design Circuit programs at General Assembly in May 2018 and March 2018, respectively.
