Overt Foundation

Everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves! One in five American adults suffer from some form of mental health. Despite being readily available and highly effective, half of them go without treatment. For many, treatment is not financially viable. You can change that. “Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social-well being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.” – MentalHealth.gov
