Jeffrey Joy

Jeffrey Joy possesses extensive experience in technical recruitment across various high-tech industries. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Overview Energy since January 2023, Jeffrey collaborates closely with the CEO to develop sourcing strategies for innovative energy technologies. Previously, as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ColdQuanta, Jeffrey contributed to advancements in quantum computing. Other notable roles include Team Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Senior Technical Recruiter at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and experience across multiple companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and NEC Corporation of America. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and an AAS in Sciences from Brookhaven College.
