Marcella Klumpp

Marcella Klumpp has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marcella currently works as the Head of Talent at Volocopter GmbH since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Deutsche Bahn from 2019 to 2023.

Before joining Deutsche Bahn, they had an extensive career at DB Schenker. Their roles at DB Schenker included being the Head of HR Development Germany/Switzerland from 2017 to 2019, the Team Lead Talent Management from 2016 to 2017, the Manager HR Development from 2014 to 2016, and a Trainee HR from 2013 to 2014.

Marcella Klumpp holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology, which they obtained from Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at the same university from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Marcella Klumpp has obtained certifications in various areas including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022, Agile Organisationsentwicklung from next U GmbH in 2021, Management/Leadership Training from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in 2019, and Systemischer Coach from SiegerConsulting Elke Sieger. Marcella also holds a Talent Q Practitioner certification from Korn Ferry.
