Lenny Whetsel

Lenny Whetsel has a diverse work experience in the fields of security, investigations, and law enforcement. Lenny has served as the President of Overwatch Security Group Inc since 2012, where they oversee daily operations and conducts various investigations on behalf of clients. Before that, they worked as an independent contractor, providing security and protection services, including working at the Republican National Convention in 2012. Lenny was also the President of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #148 from 1999 to 2011, where they managed a membership Lodge and played a significant role in advocating for the Law Enforcement Safety Officers Act. Prior to this, Lenny worked in the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Senior Officer Specialist, supervising inmates and coordinating their transfers. Lenny began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Radio Chief and had responsibilities for communications maintenance.

Lenny Whetsel attended the United Nations Department of Safety & Security in 2018 and studied Basic Security in the Field, Advanced Security in the Field, and Responding to Active Shooter.

In 2011, Lenny Whetsel enrolled at the National Rifle Association and completed the Law Enforcement Handgun, Shotgun, and Tactical Shooting Instructor program.

Lenny Whetsel also obtained the Certified Protection Operator degree from International Executive Protection in 2015.

Lenny Whetsel attended John E. Reid & Associates in 2011 to study The Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation - Basic & Advanced.
