Aleksandra Michalke

Aleksandra Michalke is a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Heilbronn, Germany with a Master of Arts in International Business & Intercultural Management (with the main focus on Human Resources Management). She has extensive experience in HR matters with international companies in the electrical engineering as well as engineering services sectors. She joined Ovesco in September 2019. Her expertise in HR administration, HR projects, process organization, and optimization enables her to implement a state-of-the-art HR management for the company. This considerably supports the successful implementation of the growth strategy.
