Amy Hornby

Amy Hornby has a diverse professional background in marketing and CRM. Amy currently holds the position of Head of Marketing Automation at OVHcloud. Prior to this, they worked as the UK CRM Lead at ClearScore, where they were responsible for creating and implementing the UK CRM strategy. Before that, they served as the International CRM Manager at Marks and Spencer, overseeing the CRM strategy for all international markets and leading a transformation project. Amy also has experience as an Email & Mobile Marketing Manager at REVL LTD, an eCRM Manager at Telegraph Media Group, and an Email Marketing Manager at Hearst Magazines UK. Additionally, they worked at Shop Direct as an Email Marketing Executive and Assistant, and at IPIM Marketing as a Social Media Manager. Amy began their career as a Graduate Product and Marketing Administrator at Transaction Partnership and also worked briefly as an Email Coordinator at Groupon UK & IE.

From 2008 to 2011, Amy Hornby attended the University of Liverpool and received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing.
