Aoife Barron started their career as a Tour Guide at the House of Waterford Crystal in 2012 and also worked as a Food Technologist at Musgrave in 2014. Aoife then served as a Dietitian Intern at various organizations before becoming a Research Officer at the University of Oxford in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Aoife worked at Oviva as a Product & Pathways Lead and Obesity & Diabetes Specialist Dietitian. Aoife later progressed to roles such as Head of Product & Pathways and Director of Product & Pathway Transformation at Oviva. In 2024, Aoife joined Perci Health as a Product Consultant.
Aoife Barron holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutritional Science from University College Cork and a Master of Science (MSc) in Dietetics from King's College London. Aoife has also obtained various certifications in areas such as product management, change management, and teaching English as a foreign language.
