Phoebe A. began their work experience in 2016 as Hospitality Staff at Leeds United Football Club, where they worked until 2021. Phoebe then moved on to work as Front of House Staff at 7 Steps Bar and Eatery from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Phoebe joined Oviva, starting as a Patient Pathway Coordinator, moving up to roles such as Programme Specialist, Associate Team Manager, Delivery Team Manager, Patient Support Team Manager, Lead Patient Support Team Manager, and currently serving as Head of Patient Services.

Phoebe A. completed their secondary education at Pudsey Grangefield School in 2015. Phoebe then proceeded to Pudsey Grangefield Sixth Form where they graduated in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Phoebe studied Sport and Exercise Science BSc at Leeds Beckett University. Phoebe furthered their education by pursuing a Psychology of Sport and Exercise MSc at Leeds Beckett University from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, Phoebe obtained certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
