Theresia Dewi Inggriani has a diverse work experience across various industries. Theresia Dewi started their career as a Citi Future Leader in 2016 and also worked as a Research and Development Intern at RB, where they developed a marketing campaign. Theresia Dewi then worked as a Project Specialist at Boston Consulting Group before joining DPO&Co. as a Business Analyst.

In 2018, Theresia joined Gojek as a Product Owner for GoLife, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented strategies to improve order management and service quality. Theresia Dewi also identified internal fraud within the company.

Theresia Dewi later joined OVO as a Product Manager and subsequently became the Lead Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing off-platform payments for GrabPay across multiple countries and led a team in building a SDK plug-in for direct payment passthroughs.

Their most recent role is as a Lead Product Manager at Grab, where they achieved impressive results in turning the off-platform business from negative to positive EBITDA in just three months. Theresia Dewi also led a team in building a SDK plug-in for direct payments at online and offline merchants.

Theresia Dewi Inggriani attended the Bandung Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, in 2016, they attended the Nagaoka University of Technology in Japan for the Summer School for Engineering, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. In 2016, Theresia also received the Ganesha Karya Award from the Institut Teknologi Bandung.
