Gilad Zlotkin has a diverse range of work experience. Gilad is currently the CEO and Founder of Ovo Automotive, a position they have held since February 2019. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2018, they served as the Chairman of Munity Inc. Furthermore, they worked at Radware from 2011 to 2014 as the VP of Virtualization and Management Products, where they focused on virtualized application delivery and security management for Cloud Service deployments. Before that, they were the CEO and Founder of Xeround Systems from 2005 to 2008, where they provided cloud database solutions. From 2001 to 2003, they founded and served as CEO of Picatel Systems, a multimodal voice-first cloud service and infrastructure company. Additionally, they held roles at Cisco Systems as the Director of Engineering from 1998 to 2001, at CLASS Data Systems as the VP of Engineering from 1997 to 1998, and at Agentsoft as the Co-founder and President from 1996 to 1997. Gilad started their career at RadView Software in 1993 as the CTO, where they developed core technology and managed engineering activities. Lastly, they were a Research Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management from 1994 to 1995, conducting research in coordination science.

Gilad Zlotkin's education history begins in 1976 when they attended The Hebrew University High School (Leyada) until 1979. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from 1982 to 1985. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science between 1986 and 1990. Gilad furthered their education by pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1991 to 1993. Finally, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a post-doctoral program in Business Management and Coordination Science from 1994 to 1995.
