Chris Holden

Chris Holden is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and people management, currently serving as the Director of People Partnering at OVO since June 2019. In this role, Chris has also held positions including People Partner - Operations, Head of Leadership Recruitment, and Head of Talent Acquisition, contributing to the company's vision of providing clean, affordable energy. Additionally, Chris has been a Final Year Student Mentor at the University of Leeds since September 2014, aiding students in career preparation. Prior to OVO, Chris was the Managing Director at ECOM, leading recruitment efforts in the digital sector, and held various roles at Michael Page, including Associate Director - Digital, where a dedicated digital recruitment team was established. Early career experience includes work at Sky as an Account Manager. Chris earned a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds and attended Hutton Grammar School.
