Gary Malcolm

Gary Malcolm is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as the Head of Learning at OVO since July 2020, having previously held the role of Senior Learning Manager, focusing on Contact Centre and Digital Learning. Prior to OVO, Gary worked at SSE Energy Services as the Learning & Development Delivery Manager, where the emphasis was on Contact Centre and Technical Training. Gary held various positions at SSE plc, including Non Technical Training Delivery Manager, Customer Service Training Manager, and Training Team Manager, acquiring extensive expertise in customer service, sales training, and learning delivery throughout a career that began in January 2009.
