Jude Smalley

Jude Smalley is an experienced delivery and Agile manager with a strong background in fostering team collaboration and effective communication across various organizations. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at OVO since October 2024, Jude previously held significant roles at PebblePad as an Agile Delivery Manager and Agile Coach, where the focus was on cultivating an Agile mindset and supporting engineering and product teams. Jude's experience extends to roles such as Product Owner at Codeweavers Limited, where multi-disciplinary teams utilized Kanban and Agile methods, and several positions at Capgemini, contributing to project analysis, internal communications, and PMO capabilities.
