Lisa Lunam-Cowan

Lisa Lunam-Cowan currently serves as the Head of Operational CRM at OVO, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this, Lisa operated as the Business Lead for the Customer Taskforce at SSE plc from October 2017 to August 2020 and was the Head of Energy Marketing at British Gas from February 2007 to August 2017. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Customer Interaction Designer and Senior Marketing Manager where responsibilities encompassed designing customer interactions, managing system-generated communications, and overseeing strategic improvements in customer journeys. Lisa’s career began at WWAV, where expertise in direct marketing, media planning, and team management was developed over nearly a decade. Education includes completion of Squared Online, a program attended between 2017 and 2018.
