Patrick Jones

Patrick Jones is an accomplished professional in process improvement and continuous enhancement, currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist at OVO since July 2020. At OVO, Patrick plays a critical role in shaping the organization's strategic direction through collaboration with value stream and delivery leads, while employing Lean principles to optimize process flow. Prior experience includes a tenure at SSE plc from July 2012 to July 2020, where Patrick held various roles, including Process Improvement Manager, and contributed significantly to the Smart Metering Integration strategy and customer service improvements. Patrick's educational background includes a Level 5 Improvement Specialist/Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from INCOMM/PMI, a Greenbelt in Process Improvement, and a Bachelor of Arts in Popular Music and Record Production from Solent University.
