Ravi Maithani

Ravi Maithani is an accomplished technology operations and human resources leader with extensive experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and organizational growth. Currently serving as Director of Tech Ops at OVO since January 2025, Ravi previously held the title of Director of Technology Operations at Tide, where responsibilities included software procurement and overseeing a significant workplace technology rollout. As Head of Technology Operations at Tide India, Ravi successfully established and scaled the Global Technology and Services Center from inception to over 300 employees in just 18 months. Prior roles include Group HR Advisor at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and Principal HR Consultant at Entain, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented across multiple countries. Ravi's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
