Frederic Staes

Frederic Staes is an experienced educator and project coordinator with a diverse background in teaching and management within the education sector. Currently serving as a pedagogical staff member at Onderwijsvereniging van Steden en Gemeenten since August 2023, Frederic has also been involved in language teaching at Lingua Dutch since October 2021, specifically assisting expatriates with their transition. Previous roles include project coordinator at CVO EduKempen, various teaching positions at avAnt provinciaal onderwijs specializing in inter-disciplinary courses, geography, and history, as well as history and English language teaching at Sint-Maria-Instituut. Frederic has management experience from the National Museum of the Playing Card Belgium and has a solid educational foundation, holding a master’s degree in educational sciences from the University of Antwerp and a bachelor's degree from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen in general education, geography, and history.
