Pascal de Rop

Pascal DE ROP is an experienced educator and pedagogical advisor currently serving at OVSG vzw, focusing on secondary education and data literacy initiatives since November 2021. With a long-standing affiliation with Vlaamse Trainersschool since January 1999, Pascal acts as both an instructor and learning coach specializing in skating sports. Pascal also held various leadership and teaching roles at GTI Beveren, where responsibilities included directing and teaching mathematics and sciences from September 2001 to October 2021. Previous academic contributions include a position as a teaching assistant in the bio-engineering pedagogical program at Universiteit Gent and serving as scientific staff in the Faculty of Agricultural and Applied Biological Sciences. Pascal holds a degree in bio-engineering with a focus on crop protection from Ghent University and has continued professional development in teacher training and coaching.
