Nirmala Gambhir

Nirmala Gambhir has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in the technology industry. Nirmala currently serves as the Director of Ovyo, overseeing offshore teams and managing complex projects for video platforms. Prior to this role, they were a co-founder and Director of akademe, an Edu-Tech startup, responsible for product roadmap and development activities. Nirmala has also held leadership positions at InnoWave, where they served as the Managing Director for India GDU and Head of Delivery. Nirmala was also an Automation Test Manager at InnoWave. Before joining InnoWave, Nirmala worked at Nokia as an Automation Lead and Test Automation Specialist, where they set up and delivered automation solutions for STB projects. Their earlier experience includes roles as an Automation Team Leader at Sky, a Software Test Engineer at Mindteck and Plasmon, and a Test Analyst at Dell India R&D. Nirmala's expertise lies in test automation, project management, and team leadership.

Nirmala Gambhir earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Effective Business Communication from IIMBx | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2019.
