Jessica Webb

Jessica Webb is an experienced educator currently serving as a District Wide Special Education Teacher at Owatonna Public Schools since August 2014. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher positions at Granite Mountain Middle School, ASCEND School, and Isaac Elementary School District, as well as a Dance Team Coach at Spring Lake Park Schools. Jessica has a robust background in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs for students with various special needs. Jessica's dedication to education is underscored by selection for Teach For America, where participation involved teaching in underprivileged schools. Jessica holds a BA in Honors Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College and has advanced degrees in P-12 Principal Licensure, Director of Special Education, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Hamline University and University of Phoenix.
