Thida Aye has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Thida has held roles in companies such as Oway.com.mm, FCM Myanmar, PARKROYAL Yangon, Mandalay Hill Resort Hotel & Center Point Tower, Sedona Hotel Yangon & Mandalay, and Nikko Royal Lake Yangon.

At Oway.com.mm, Thida held multiple positions including Chief Corporate Officer, Executive Vice President, and Senior Director of Regional Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for managing regional business development, customer relationships, and providing market feedback to the CEO.

At FCM Myanmar, they served as the Head Of Corporate Sales.

At PARKROYAL Yangon, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing and was responsible for controlling the mailing list and ensuring its constant update.

Thida Aye completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from Yangon University, from 1986 to 1991. Thida then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2011 to 2013 at the Yangon Institute of Economics.
