Charlie Spicer

Charlie Spicer is a geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in offshore wind projects, currently working at OWC since July 2020. In the role of project manager and geotechnical engineer, Charlie has led offshore site investigations in the Taiwan Strait and has contributed to the company's expansion in the Asia-Pacific region as a graduate geotechnical engineer. Recently, Charlie served as Geotechnical Survey Manager at Anma Offshore Wind, overseeing geotechnical site investigations in Korea. Charlie's background includes internships at OWC, AECOM, and Craddys, and Charlie holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge.
