Josh Schield is a seasoned Creative Director currently leading the digital creative practice at Owen Jones and Partners since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing a focused team to deliver innovative digital products for a diverse clientele. Prior to this role, Josh served as Creative Operations Director, refining project processes and establishing effective internal tools for recruitment and management. Earlier experience includes roles as Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, where leadership in multi-channel campaigns and team development were emphasized. Josh's career began at Pollinate, culminating in roles from Junior Designer to Art Director. Josh holds a BA in English Literature from Lewis & Clark College, obtained in 2009.
