Andrew Counterman

Andrew Counterman is an experienced sales professional currently serving as an Area Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager at Owens Corning since March 2020. In this role, Andrew leads the onboarding training for new Customer Service Specialists, manages key accounts, conducts report analysis, and oversees order management while striving to enhance systems and customer service processes. Prior to this, Andrew worked as an Assistant Manager at Maumee Soccer Centre from January 2017 to May 2020, where a positive work environment was maintained, and training processes for new employees were implemented to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Andrew holds a High School Diploma from Whitmer High School and has further pursued education at The University of Toledo.
