Katie Serevitch

Katie Serevitch is an accomplished legal and finance professional with extensive experience in securities, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President of Securities & Governance, Finance and M&A at Owens Corning since September 2022, Katie previously held leadership roles at Athersys as Vice President of Legal and Director of Legal Operations from June 2021 to September 2022. Earlier in Katie's career, significant experience was gained as an Associate at Jones Day from September 2004 to October 2011. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, completed in 2004, and a degree from Villanova University obtained in 2001.
