Michelle Sullivan

Michelle Sullivan is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Owens Corning since October 2022. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Labor Relations at Michigan Medicine from March 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team to administer a comprehensive labor relations program for a health system with over 26,000 employees. Prior to that, Michelle worked as an Attorney at Law at Allotta Farley Co., L.P.A. from June 1999 to February 2016, focusing on collective bargaining agreements for law enforcement and firefighters in Northwest Ohio. Michelle's early career includes teaching at Greeneview High School and coaching extracurricular activities. Academically, Michelle earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University.
