Rodney Wideman

Rodney Wideman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and marketing sectors, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Owens Corning since October 2016. In this role, Rodney leads North American business activities focused on transforming growth through glass-based solutions in building materials, emphasizing inclusive team environments and collaborative strategies. Previously, Rodney held various leadership positions at BASF and DuPont, where responsibilities included managing marketing efforts for specialty crops, developing business strategies for nonwovens, and enhancing recruitment processes. Rodney holds an MBA in International Business from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
